Yoga Ways

The new term began on 10th September and classes are running every Wednesday evening at Wetheringsett Village Hall, starting at 6.30pm.

Whether you are an athlete or an absolute beginner, yoga has so much to offer. It can help you to become more flexible, build strength, improve balance, breathe more effectively and feel calmer. And you definitely don’t need to be able to touch your toes or sit in Lotus!

Spaces are limited, but if you are interested, why not pop along to the Hall on Wednesday to have a chat with Amanda Wearing and see about signing up for the remaining sessions.
